What is your cancellation policy?

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time, with no adjustment in fee.
Do not attend your appointment if you have symptoms of illness (including fever, rashes, open wounds, or infections). Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made for extreme situations, but they are not guaranteed.
